I can't figure out how I feel about this one. Okay, just kidding. Wanted to see if you're paying attention. It's all about amending the Constitution for a non-existent problem. Once again, don't these people have ANYTHING better to do?

If you can follow the timeline of flag descration-related legislative activity by the brain trust in Congress, it seems to me this is a desperate attempt by the right wing conspiracy to place their stamp on the Constitution. Which will likely be upheld when Bush replaces Rehnquist on the SCOTUS. Classic. Or am I being paranoid?
